Commercial & Residential Development

Development of offices, shops, stores, hotels, restaurants, bars, warehouses, factories, homes, apartments, condominiums, and other buildings and structures used for the production, fabrication, assembly, or storage of goods, or for sleeping or habitation, is referred to as commercial, residential, and industrial development.
Any private land development that is neither heavy industrial or residential is referred to as commercial development. Hospitals, labs and other medical facilities, schools, recreational centres, car washes, plant nurseries, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping centres, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses, and other light industrial complexes are all included in this category, though they are not the only ones.
